We strive for excellence in every piece—from design to delivery. Here’s our client-first, globally compliant Refunds & Returns Policy:
- Return within 7 days of delivery
- Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- Include a valid proof of purchase/receipt
- Custom or altered clothing
- Sale/promotional products
- Jewelry, undergarments, personal care items
- Gift cards or store credits
Tailor-made products are custom-made and non-returnable unless there is a confirmed defect. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.
- Refunds issued after inspection approval
- Credit back to original payment method in 7–10 business days
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
